Staff outstanding Room at back of total had small beds and bathroom was too small but that would be due to layout of building. No plug sockets near bed - would have been better with USB option Breakfast was excellent.

The room was very clean. Lighting in the bathroom could be better. The staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. One concern is that the hotel is not handicapped accessible. Had to go up two sets of stairs to get to reception, with no ramps available. In addition, one we were at the floor that our room was on, we had to go up and down two different sets of stairs to get to our room (after we had come off the elevator). Carrying heavy bags could be an issue for some people. Food and seating were plentiful for the morning breakfast, and the food was very good. They did a good job of keeping it well supplied. Some rooms do not have outside windows, only windows to the inside courtyard

Wow what a magical maximalist paradise. The beautiful interior decoration of this place is mind blowing. Beautiful art, antiques and custom furniture around every corner beautifully curated with whimsy and style. The staff are all so kind, attentive, and just lovely. The breakfast buffet was truly the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. My only regret is not staying longer!

Make sure you register BEFORE arriving. There are no staff onsite and we met multiple travelers who could not figure out how to check in or get into the hotel or their rooms. If you register before arriving you get your digital key and things work smoothly

The place was spacious as we had the two bedrooms. The apartment had natural cooling, which was ok as it wasn’t as hot while we were there and cooled pretty good with the windows opened. The kitchen was okay stocked, but didn’t have a few essentials like oven mitts and dish towel or cloth. Place was equipped with soaps and a few pods for dishwasher and one for washing machine. It does take some time to dry, but we hung some clothes up and they dried overnight. We were able to access key cards into building and room okay. It did take some time to hear back on the luggage room code, the messenging system seems automated, but we finally got through. There was bad reception in the basement as well. Overall a good stay. Location was close to grocery store and a relatively short 10 minutes walk from the train station. Some music at night, but wasn’t bad on weekdays. Sundays are quiet. The view was nice and so is the roof top patio.
