Good location of the hotel and central to all that Hammamet has to offer. About 35 mins from Enfida airport. Other than shops, a theme/water park and a boat harbour, there isn't really much else to see. The beach is 100 metres from the hotel and is fairly clean and stretches for miles, with all other 5 class hotels situated on the beach strip. The hotel, although 5 class, is really 4 star at best, and in need of serious modernisation. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as part of an All Inclusive is satisfactory offering international and local cuisine. The cuisine is fairly extensive however lacks every day variety and quality and is perhaps not in keeping with a 5 star but rather a 4 star hotel. There are also 3 a la karte restaurants (Tunisian, Mediterranean and Italian) that can be booked 24 hours in advance on the All Inclusive but cuisine was average. Pool facilities offer the usual entertainment and again adequate but found the music poolside to be rather loud. Adequate sun loungers. Rooms are clean but basic. Plants on the balconies are not well maintained. Gym is basic, dusty, but functional. Overall a 3.75 out of 5 is a fair rating from me.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable. Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Oceana Hammamet et malheureusement, l'expérience globale ne correspond pas tout à fait au prix payé pour un hôtel censé être 5 étoiles. Point positif — la suite familiale :Nous tenons à souligner que la suite familiale était très bien pensée et vraiment commode pour notre famille. C'est un aspect que nous avons sincèrement apprécié et qui mérite d'être souligné. Sécurité :Nous nous sommes fait voler notre propre serviette à la piscine, et aucun suivi sérieux n'a été fait par la suite. Aucune information, aucun geste pour rassurer les clients face à ce genre d'incident. Ce manque de réactivité est préoccupant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nourriture et petit-déjeuner :Le choix au petit-déjeuner était très limité, loin de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. La qualité générale de la nourriture nous a également déçus. Service à la clientèle :Le service était très long, autant aux repas qu'ailleurs, ce qui est difficilement justifiable vu le prix payé. Propreté de la piscine :Des serviettes sales étaient laissées traîner autour de la piscine, ce qui donnait une impression de négligence peu compatible avec le standing affiché. Bref, des attentes non comblées pour un tarif 5 étoiles.
