My experience was just okay. I was on the second floor in a corner unit. The unit above me had serious construction work being done. It was extremely loud and unpleasant. It lasted for the majority of my stay and I never felt relaxed. I get that things need to be fixed or renovated. It would be better to block the adjacent rooms to properly accommodate your guest. I was not happy with my stay. I did call the front desk and all they did was acknowledge that construction was being done and that it was to be between normal hours of the day.

I had to ask for a washcloth 😂 at hotel of this level, robe, water and slippers. No bueno. They had the nerve to say that’s for our premium rooms. Then on Sunday they only over the breakfast buffet. I’m not a fat of overeating nor paying more for food that I’m not going to eat. This hotel does what’s best from them and not the guest and that’s not hospitality

This was an oasis at the end of our trip in Costa Rica. The bed was super clean and comfortable and the room perfectly met all my needs. It was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for maintaining a reliable standard in the hospitality industry!
