This property is immaculate from the beautiful entrance to stunning floral courtyard and pool area to pillow like beds. Staff were extremely helpful and the food and drinks were excellent

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

Paid for all inclusive, informed it was room only upon arrival. Spanish only communication, extremely limited English, never acknowledged by staff upon entry or exit of hotel, rooms cleaned on a crazy schedule, sometimes 930am, one day they showed up at 6pm. The pools are small, the lounging area at the adult pool (literally 4ft from the family pool) only has 10 chairs, the music is loud, the beach walking bands even louder, the organized tours that take over twice a week monopolize the pool areas, there is literally zero beach area, the couple of chairs you may find down there there are broken, I could go on.... But you get the point. Will never return to the property or Mazatlán in general, not worth half what we paid

Excelente servicio, la comida riquisima y muy limpio todo y buen mantenimiento 100% recomendado

The room was clean and comfortable. This property has more of a local vibe, more Spanish speakers than English- but it’s México so normally for the native language to be used more. I didn’t have any issues with the staff, even if you don’t speak Spanish you can usually communicate. The food is good, not great. The way you have to set reservations for specialty dining is inconvenient, you have to wake up at 7am to go stand in a line before all slots are taken. The beach is nice, but there are a lot of vendors and banda groups, so it can be a little loud. If you have a quiet relaxing stay in mind this might not be the right place. But it’s affordable and fun. Drinks are strong and plentiful.
