The pool was over crowed and disgusting and no umbrellas with so many kids is irresponsible

Poolside area was great but did get very crowded...go early. Very family oriented, lots of kids. They did not have the 21 and over area open so our only avail area was by a lot of splashing kids. Wished the staff was a little more diligent with asking people not to reserve chairs for more than 30 minutes with towels if they are not going to use them (a lot of that...towels but no people). Poolside restaurant was slow to serve but excellent food. Entire hotel and restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Beautiful resort. Very close to downtown Summerlin which is worth walking to.

We love going to Green Valley Ranch, the pool experience is amazing. They have upgraded the rooms. 5 stars every time.

As expensive as our suite was for 3 nights, I was expecting better food and a friendlier staff. Overall a little too cold and impolite. The room was great though. Very clean.

Coffee pot needs to be cleaned
