Loved this hotel. Esmeralda truly met all my expectations. That part of the resort was less crowded, and the staff was amazing. Excellent service all around. There is even a guest desk in every villa, very helpful without having to go to the lobby. The gym was well equipped, the rooms spacious and clean. Buffet food was excellent. Will definitely come back.

Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

Loved this hotel. Esmeralda truly met all my expectations. That part of the resort was less crowded, and the staff was amazing. Excellent service all around.
