Honestly there is nothing bad I can say and the staff text me to see if we needed anything taken to our room. The hotel was great but we found a cockroach next to the sofa, and we were with out baby and walking to the parking lot was a nightmare because they only had stairs not a ramp to go with the stroller or an elevator to help us go down, they were elevators but way far from main entrance

This resort is amazing! The only reason we left for one day was to head to the west coast to go to St. Pete's Beach. There is a ton to do. My granddaughters had a blast.
