Heating in the room is a noisy window unit that blows hot air on the bed. Or a noisy electric fake fireplace that rattles at high volume. Service is friendly. Location is good. Parking is good. Sparse room without character. 4 star rates for 2 star hotel. Welcome to Whistler….

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.
