« We had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the pictures. - spotless, modern and very comfortable for two people or even 3! Location was perfect for us and plenty of places to get food nearby as well as easy access to Westchester County as well as NYC! »

« We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. »

« The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit. »

« I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

« This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...
