"We found this gem hideaway in Tulum on the way down after spontaneously bolting from a prepaid all inclusive in CUN. The property is lovely, mellow, the staff is super kind & helpful, the room was amazing. The restaurant on premises was great, service was exceptional all around. Then there is the ART! Wow, I just loved the whole experience. I can't wait to get back to Art Village! "

"We had a great stay, the room was very clean, and kitchen utensils, pans, microwave and coffee maker were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Bikes were available for 100 peso, cheaper than any other rental spot in the area. Located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, but far enough from the busy area that it was quiet and peaceful at night. "

The only notes we have, are that the beach is further away, the rooms often felt sandy from the sand surrounding the pools. They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms, though the overall experience was amazing! "

The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one.
