And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. The setting is gorgeous, the dining room overlooking the pool area is a nice feature. Our room was beautiful and very well kept daily. It was stocked with everything we needed, even bathrobes. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bar was nice, but not used very often. I felt bad for the bartender at times. The morning breakfast was good, and a variety of things so you didn’t have to have the same each day. The pool was kept clean but quite cold for swimming. The same for the private plunge pool on our private deck (gorgeous) but very cold. This location is easy walking distance to the main town area for a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and shopping for gifts, etc. Right across the street from 2 fabulous grocery stores. The beach is about 4 kms, so 1/2 hr walk or you can get a cab, rent a scooter. I loved the area and would recommend it for couples or families with older kids. Another thing i wish it was an all inclusive for the price we paid almost $2,000 for our stay and no food included. That was a bummer. Other than that i will say it a very nice hotel. They kept our room clean, staff was lovely, very kind, and they always made sure to come around to ask if we needed anything.
