« The property was perfect for what we needed. First time visit to Natchez so close to all the sights we were going to see. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Richard was a great host. Responded very quickly to any question. The place was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. The a/c worked great. The only disadvantage was the stairs for 3 older women carrying luggage but we managed. Would stay there again. »

« We loved The Dollhouse! The plave has so much history and was great to look at all the collectibles. When we were home we spent most of our time on the front porch talking with the neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The town is walking distance and adorable. We loved meeting the locals. Make sure to go down to the river and watch the sunset over the river. We loved the Dollhouse in Natchez!! »

« Plans for this weekend were cancelled so off we came to beautiful Natchez. We have previously stayed at The Gaol and Mr. Richard's other properties. The Gaol is always neat, clean and provides snacks and WINE. Love being on Franklin Street for all shopping! Don't worry we will be back again! Totally recommend!! »

« My nephew got married, we were walking distance from so many of the events. We had a wonderful stay. »

« All the mapping apps except for Apple Maps took us to a different location 30 minutes away. So we drove to the wrong location and had to figure out where the actual location was. It would be helpful to put detailed directions in the listing so this doesn’t happen to other renters. Once we got to the place it was super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. »

« It would have been nice to enjoy the spring weather but the chairs were dirty. Bugs get inside because there is no weatherstripping on the doors. »

« Our visit was very pleasant. The house is amazing but needs a little updating, which the owners have in their plans. ( Floors need to be repaired in spots). I love old homes so expected it to have imperfections. Gorgeous property! »
