The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled recently. Location is great, front desk staff is great, but the cleaning staff needs to improve a lot !!!

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.
