"Every staff member that we encountered from the bell staff, to the front desk, to the workers around the beach and pool area were above and beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have never been to a hotel where every single staff member greeted you kindly and asked how they could help. I would highly recommend staying at The Loews."

"I love the location. It’s very walkable super great on a bicycle. Wonderfully close to the Perez art museum and some really great restaurants that I didn’t know about the previous time I stayed there."

"The hotel was nice and clean and looked to be fairly new or at least kept up very well. We got upgraded to a corner room on the 18th floor that gave us amazing views of the city. The only complaint is the elevator set up is kind of odd. You have to take one elevator up to the lobby walk across and get into a second set of elevators. Considering everything else this is extremely minor especially once you get the hang of it."
