"My stay was pleasant, the room was very clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Over all it was a nice stay. "

"The Tillary has so much potential but it is in need of a refresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Their “suite” is not a suite, just a room with a pullout couch. "

"Water pressure was poor, room smelled like cigarettes (and I don’t smoke) and got worse anytime the air or heat was turned on, and bed was hard & uncomfortable. While it visually appealing, it was an uncomfortable stay. Also, my check-in was at 3p but room wasn’t ready until 5:00p."

"The hotel was centrally located with everything right outside. Food, coffee shops and shopping was right outside or within walking distance. There were also buses and trains close by. The staff were amazing. From the time I checked in at the front desk they were very warm and accommodating. "

"Decent enough, needs a little tlc in the bathrooms, loose fixtures and mold around the dispensers in the shower. The window would not close completely, we didn’t mind being on the 16th floor and we like it cooler when sleeping. Beds are firm. Close proximity to a lot of places within a 20 minute walk. Bus and train are within 3-5 minutes. "

"We had a very good experience staying here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they had good breakfast options including grab and go cold items like yogurt, bagels, and cereal as well as hot items like eggs, sausage, and waffles. The room was clean and a comfortable temperature. They were also very accommodating. After our last night, we were switching hotels and they stored our luggage for us until we could check in to our new hotel. The only drawback was the room was quite small. I thought we reserved two queens but the beds were definitely fulls and the room barely fit them. But we made it work and enjoyed our stay!"
