Everything was fine except our room was not properly serviced at any time during our three night stay. I reported the lack of service twice, with no apparent effect. On the third occasion I was told that the room had been serviced but the bed was not made up because we had left our pajamas on the bed and their policy was to not touch the bed under those circumstances. Obviously this is nonsense. Also, the bathroom clearly had not been tidied. If the management can fix this problem I would be happy to recommend their hotel. Otherwise....

It's pretty good budget hotel. Breakfast quality could be better, more decent and healthier, but it is what it is for the price in NYC.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Our main problem was an ice machine next to our room, that is extremely noisy and it disrupted our sleep every night. Another problem is that while a subway station with lots of different trains is just 10 minutes walk away, I wouldn't be comfortable walking in that area very late at night.
