We didn’t get to stay in the room as they did not provide the bed quantity advertised. It has been 4 days and they have not refunded us either. Poor communication

I arrived up at the property at 16:15 on my check-in day after completing the forms online. There was no way to access the property, the phone number did not work, I did not receive a reply to message through the booking portal or What'sApp. Expedia was also was unable to contact the property while I sat outside for 2 hours. This posed a major safety issue as I was traveling with medication that requires refrigeration. I ended up walking across the street and booking a room at an actual hotel. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Pas de drap pour le canapé lit sinon usagés en boule dans un placard avec de vieilles sandales Literie castastrophique Pas de réponse à une question sur bagagerie Des suppléments pour des serviettes !!! Bref ne vaut même pas le prix d’être mal situé

Die Unterkunft war dreckig und nicht ordentlich geputzt. Es gab Spinnen und so weiter und der Schrank war auch nicht sauber. Es gab an vielen stehlen Schimmel. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem heruntergekommenen Mehrpateien Haus. Es gibt mehrere Zimmer Typen was man sich nicht aussuchen darf. Das Zimmer auf denn ersten Fotos zu sehen ist haben wir nicht bekommen, dafür waren wir in einem viel zu kleinen Zimmer mit zwei Personen im hinteren Teil der Wohnung. Es war leider sehr enttäuschend

Die Gegend ist angsteinflößend. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem heruntergekommenen Mehrfamilienhaus, das den Anschein eines Sozialen Brennpunktes macht. Die Wohnung ist zwar sauber, jedoch gibt es Wasserschäden/Schimmel an den Wänden und im Sommer ist es sehr heiß weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Aufgrund aller Umstände haben wir (zwei Mädels) uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Positiv ist der Self-Check In und der günstige Preis. Wir persönlich würden lieber bisschen mehr Geld ausgeben und in ein Hotel gehen. Es kommt darauf an, wo die Toleranzgrenze bei einem persönlich liegt.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider etwas dürftig und abgenutzt. Aber mit ein bisschen Fantasie und gutem Willen konnte man Kaffee machen und Speisen aufwärmen.Die größe der Whg. war sehr angenehm :)
