Lovely hotel clean friendly staff. It’s right in the centre so everything is a 5 min walk . St. Stephens cathedral is metres away and the opera house is 10mins walk, we did the tour which was great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very central and the bed was comfortable. Umbrellas were provided when it rained and checkin was easy. It was sound proofed well, we got extra pillows and a complimentary bottle of wine and voucher for rooftop bar. On the downside - the room was a bit narrow and the air conditioning didn`t work. It was very warm with all the windows as we were up high and it was baking (right below the rooftop bar). Overall, a nice hotel and good base to sample Vienna.

lovely small boutique hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the area to have a drink downstairs. It’s a quiet hotel with no bar or room service facilities just a nice quiet room. If this is your thing then it’s the hotel for you which it was us. My only couple of gripes were that the heating was too high with no way of cooling the room down past 19 degrees done struggled with sleeping at night. The other is the surfaces were very dusty I had to wipe them over myself as it affects my allergies.

The location was fab and within easy reach of all the attractions, the hotel was great and exactly as advertised and the staff really friendly and helpful and I couldn’t praise them enough.

This hotel is not about luxury halls or reception area, its not about a great restaurant either or swimingpools. Having said that, everything is clean and functions excellently. The room was large and very well appointed. What this hotel is about is location and good service. The location is unbeatable and people are curteous and helpful. I would efinitely return to this hotel.
