"Everything was provided that one could possibly need and then some on the room. The grounds are impeccable with the most beautiful gardens. The lake view was beautiful and so relaxing from the front yard or from our own balcony. The employees were so pleasant and accommodating. Restaurants were lovely with delicious food. I will definitely return."

"This was our second time staying at RIT - we definitely preferred the executive room we had last time it was more updated and seemed cleaner (mostly just the tub had a bunch of grime and possibly black mold in the grout the rest of the room was ok just dated and still carpeted. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was easy. Kids were disappointed not to get to swim before we left as we didn't check pool hours for weekdays and the pool didn't open until 3pm. All in all though the hotel is in a nice, quiet area, rooms are spacious and a good distance from what we were doing so it is a top choice for our family to stay"

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Rochester - Victor by IHG

"When we arrived they were overbooked so they did not have the room we reserved so they upgraded the bedroom to King suite. The pull out bed was a bit gross when we unfolded it there was two pellets of what looked like dog food on the centre of the bed. They also brought us pillows with no pillow cases. The only good thing was the person was quick to respond to providing us with the items. Kids like the hot tub/pool. Breakfast is really basic. Disappointed by the selection. Otherwise area is safe and close to shops and restaurants."

"Half was home from Maine the easy on and off highway options with great restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and easy. Only issue is the shower floor was slippery as was the bathroom floor because the fan wasn’t strong enough. Great place to stay the night for a road trip."
