"Our stay was a 10 out of 10. The staff was very friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite for free. Room service was provided daily and the property is well kept and very clean. Didnt disappoint"

"Easy check in, clean rooms. The only complaints I have is that it costs 66.00 to park in the parking lot (they only offer valet parking, there is no free parking) and the shower is one of those walk in showers with no splash guard, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. I like the 12pm check out time. "

"You could tell that they half ass their cleaning. We got to our hotel and the shower was disgusting. When we wanted to shower, we found a ball of hair sitting in the shower drain. We called front desk to send someone to clean it up and after waiting thirty minutes, we called back and front desk person said he would come up and clean it himself. "

"Absolutely happy we choose to stay here. Everything and everyone was incredible nice. Good breakfast and nice shuttle drives. Alma at the front desk was super helpful at check in and gave us good advice to move around. Definitely will be staying there again "

"Location was great if you’re needing to be close to SEATAC. Security was very visible which made me feel pretty safe. The front door was locked when I got there around 1am. Security guard offered to let me it, as soon as the front desk person noticed me. I don’t wait long at all. The check in process would’ve probably been a little smoother but as I walked in their system decided to reboot. No fault of the staff. I waited for the system to reload, I was given my key cards. I asked about water… he sold a bottle to me from the front desk for $1! I was happy I didn’t have to go far. The room was clean but dated and had a musky smell. Overall, it was what I needed for the time."
