Des Moines : nos recommandations pour des hôtels-résidences
9.2 sur 10, Merveilleux, (509 avis)
« Great location and beautiful hotel and rooms. The only complaint I had was there is a very strong air freshener used throughout the building. Our room seemed to air out after a few hours. Will definitely stay again so many great restaurants and shops in the area and I quick direct trip to Pike's Place. »

« The elevator was kinda of scary it feels like it will give out soon. The check in lady was very nice and welcoming. There is no front desk so it took me a bit to find where to check in. »

« We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day.
The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service...

« The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room. »
