"As usual, all staff was welcoming and friendly. We were running late for the complementary drinks and food; they let me run in, get a plate and drinks, and them move my car. We always enjoy our stay and whenever we travel I try to get into a Drury Inn. Not sure why everyone doesn't stay here!"

"We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again. "

"We loved the ease of checking in and the news of all the freebies from the 🏠 ge breakfast buffet to an additional dinner buffet and free drinks. We didn't partake in the free popcorn, but that was also a nice surprise. The room was spacious and filled with everything we needed. Upon getting ready for bed, we noticed the sheets were dirty and called downstairs. They immediately apologized and made arrangements to switch our room and comped the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience. This was a swift, acceptable, and appreciated way to resolve the problem. The next day we used the pool area and it was spacious and clean. Overall, a great trip and all of the staff were constantly there to give help with a friendly and positive attitude that made the stay even better."

"Was passing through on a roadtrip to Montana and to see family in Columbus. Very nice hotel, room was more spacious than I saw in the photos. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. The only downside was the AC in the room didn’t cool down as much. Everything else was top notch. "

"Place was excellent. Staff was pleasant. Airport shuttle was timely. However, poor guy behind counter seemed to be doing EVERYTHING by himself and it was rather busy, even at 4 am as I was waiting for the airport shuttle. Turns out, he even drove the shuttle. Kudos to him for working his but off, but maybe not the best guest experience for others having to wait for him. Not his fault. He was great. "

"Plant based / vegan options remain limited, if any. Even having plant based milk for coffee would be nice. Bed is very comfortable. Pillows are down - I’d preferred down alternative but not given option. Location is nice. Overall worth it. We were put into an accessible king room. Only one nightstand had a lamp and only one half of the bathroom mirror was lit - lighting needs improved. "
