"The hallway carpet smelled like cigarette smoke, the lock on our door was broken, there were blood stains on our comforter. We were sad to find out there was no continental breakfast. The staff member at the front desk was very nice. "

"The pool was unfortunately so cold we were unable to go in until our last day. There were ants in the pool room but it seemed like they didn’t something to get rid of them. There was no shampoo or condition in our room but the staff replaced it right away. There were streamers from previous guests still stuck on the mirror. Other than that we had a great time!"

"Food was good and the pool was great for the kids. The suite had plenty of room for the 3 kids. Really liked the location as it was a 1 mile walk to COSI, and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"If your child attends Ohio State or is going to attend, THIS is the place to stay. It’s literally right on campus. The rooms are tidy and the restaurant is decent. It’s quiet and beyond convenient. No reason to stay anywhere else."

"The room was very small and the bathroom showers were not wide enough for an adult male over 6'. I'm 6'2" and I had to stand sideways. The bathroom is overall to tight. The toilet area is so narrow, I cut my thigh on the toilet paper holder metal cover as I tried to sit down on the toilet. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle to do my business. The bed was hard and the they tried to mask that with a nicer duvet. All the crevices in the furniture were full of dust. I suspect housekeeping only cleans surfaces and nothing more. I will never stay there again."

"No refrigerator as described in the hotel amenities. Just dirty carpet in the spot where it was supposed to be. Called the hotel desk and stated it wasn't supposed to have one. When checking out they said it was supposed to have one. All my yogurts and lunch meat spoiled. "
