I made Thor choice in staying at this Particular Motel. Because it being really close unto Grove City’s Methodist Hospital for a surgical procedure on my body. I want to Recognize a particular employee at this hospital and her name is ( Michelle! ) She was so very Kind, and Considerate within Offering So Much Kindness, And Within Her Offering Of Her Personal Service As In Bring Us 2 Extra Pillows Unto Our Room Of 106. Plus Our Little 8 year old Grandson that has Special Needs Within His Body.. She Personally brought 2 Extra Blankets down unto our room. ( I Just Want To Say That Michelle Took Very Good Care and She Was So Very Compassionate for my personal health condition needs. ( MICHELLE IS, A SHE’S A 5 STAR 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Person! As Well She’s A 5 STAR EMPLOYEE OF THIS MOTEL! Pleas Take Very Good Care Of Her As She’s Working For Her Husband, As Well For Her Children! Now, I don’t know, or have anything, of her personal life! Or any other Thing, or of Her in with Her Hourly wages that you are paying your employees? But THIS LADY IS A 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Person, Employee, And Just Right Down ( A Person That Knows In, & How Too Make Your Customers Feel So Much Personal Courtesy, AND MAKING THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE STILL STAYING IN AND AT THEIR PERSONAL HOME’S Pleas Take Special Care Of This Beautiful Woman And Employee! Unable to block the 10 spot lights from shining in the room all night because there is only a see through shade on the windows and no curtains. A large group of guests thought the parking lot, in the middle of the night, was a great place to party and scream. You hear doors all night along with the traffic. It’s a great place to stay if you don’t need to sleep!

This was a terrible stay for me. The front desk staff were unable to check me in because they could not figure out how to place a CC hold for incidentals. I was kept waiting in the lobby for 58 minutes before they finally agreed to give me a key to my prepaid room. I was tol dthey needed to make a copy of my CC so when a manager came later I could be "checked in for real." I found out later that day that the front desk clerk did not have authorization to access that part of the check in system. The only problem was lack of training and insufficient help at the front desk. On check in I discovered that each of the four drawers has a used bath mat or towel in it. I told they front desk and they said "they should not be there." No kidding! It was loud in the hallway and on the floor above us. Not teh fault of staff, but made for a poor night's sleep. The following morning I discovered the shower did not darin so I ended up ankle deep in water. Gross Lastly, I has asked for the manager to contact me on their arrival so i could discuss my check in experience. That did not happen. The manager came in, did whatever was needed, and left. My concerns were not addressed, and I will never stay at this hotel again. The location is great, but within their walls it was sub-par on every level.
