The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, great spread for breakfast. Hotub was clean and nice. Wish we would have spent more time at the hotel

The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capitol Square
Only 3 floors had a ice machine that worked, only 1 elevator worked, property is in disrepair and needs cleaned, maintained, and renovated throughout.
