My stay at the hotel from the start to the end was excellent. The reception at the front desk helpful and pleasant. The bartender early Friday afternoon was welcoming, happy and efficient. Food was excellent as we ate at the bar. I asked for extra towels and blanket later on. Diego delivered them in a timely manner and with a smile. Breakfast was great and our server was a joy smiling and laughing along with us. Checking out was a breeze on Saturday as it was a 24 hour business trip. I wished I remembered everyones name. Will definetly stay here again.

We are road trip warriors when it comes to vacationing. We plan our trips to come through Columbus whenever possible so that we can treat ourselves to this place. We like to think of it as our Ohio home. Everyone was so friendly, and the service is astounding. Thanks for the amazing service Heba, Emma and Zoie. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I love the modern conveniences while maintaining an esthetic balance between contemporary and traditional. This vibes right for diverse consumer groups. Business friendly and weekend getaway rolled up in comfort. And The Two-One restaurant is 5 stars in my book, I just wish we had this back home.

The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated.
