Very segregated experience. All of the brown people were placed on the upper floors that have not yet been remodeled. My AC was not working and I asked for a new room was told there they were full. Asked hours later received a room on a lower floor with all the updates and amenities. Bad experience will not stay at any Holiday Inn hotels or affiliates in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and during the 5 days housekeeping kept the room clean and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. We also was able to walk to get food when needed. I will definitely stay at the hotel again when I'm in Columbus, Ohio.

The hotel is clean, very nice service. Didnt like the bed it was kind of hard and we have to ask for extra pillows. Other than that was good the stay. Thank you
