We stayed here for 3 nights for a concert we attended at OSU Stadium. Everything was excellent from the helpful and friendly staff to the room we stayed in. The hotel was very clean and is also pet friendly which we loved because we were able to bring our dog with us. When checking in we asked the staff at the front desk if we could have a room that was close to an exit and the elevator so when we had to take our dog outside we didn’t have to go too far. They accommodated us with no problem. We ordered food from the restaurant which was amazing and they even have a little store in the lobby with everything from snacks and drinks to medicine and toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in great condition and staff was very professional and tentative. Issues was that I received no text or alerts about having no water in hotel on Friday night. Saturday went out and came back room was not house kept and cleaned. Had to desk again for towels due to having no water and couldn’t wash towels for other guests. Overall it’s a very clean and ran hotel.
