"Location, location, location. We love being so close to the beach. Your cottage is adorable and we loved it again. As far as feedback, we have some. The backyard was a bit run down this time. The fence was broken I imagine from the rain storms . It also looks as though the gardener left piles which were needed to be recycled into the green bin. Last time the back yard was pristine. The bed was also a bit soft this time. Everything breaks down eventually. Just feedback for you. On the whole, everything else was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing the beach had many areas with visible water damage on the floors, walls and even windowsills. The smell was so strong in the back room that we didn’t feel safe sleeping in it. The kitchen sink also had an active leak that had trash cans under to collect the water which we were never made aware of. The house seemed to also have very little insulation which resulted in it being extremely cold in the evenings which wasn’t great given we had multiple children with us. Had this been disclosed we would have packed differently and come prepared but we received no instructions other than where to find the key to the house. Overall this property could be a great place to vacation if the issues are corrected and the posting is updated to accurately reflect its condition. But as it is we are disappointed given the price point and condition."

"As advertised. Separate cottages gave all space for mostly rainy stay. Easy access to beach and stinson facilities. Rodent of some kind in wall of one unit. Hot tub fine and easy to use."

"Very cute little beach house. Easy in/out, close to the beach. Only negative would be lack of an oven to cook. Otherwise, place was clean, really enjoyed it. Would stay again, for sure."

"Our stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities. The most incredible part is being right on the beach. Just magical."
