This property is a bit older but the staff were wonderful, room was clean and quiet, we were 2nd floor at the back so away from traffic. We didn’t go to the pool there were other patrons in the area enjoying themselves. Breakfast was basic a few hot selections but not home cooking, better than other establishments we have stayed at in Brampton. Yes I recommend this place and we will return in the future for sure
Nice, clean room for a quick trip. Hotel is a nice size, bathrooms are outdated but pretty decent. Loved the location, really close to major highways to get to and from other areas of the GTA. Definitely worth the price we paid!

Rooms should be cleaned every day not every two days. Staff was very helpful.
Front desk staff are amazing and kind.
Cleanliness horrible ,rusted AC vent, smell of mold ,leaky toilet, damages in ceiling.Overall, horrible experience.
The floor in our had multiple soft spots , our sheets and pillow cases had stains and lipstick looking marks all over them , when we asked for new sheets , there was no cleaning staff as our check in was late and we were given 1 new pillow case and a new blanket that had tape all over it , like medical looking tape , the pool and hot tub and breakfast area were very nice
The area around the side door, smoking area, was littered with garbage and unfortunately we never saw it get taken care of, the rest of the property was beautiful.
Also we were taking luggage to our car when our room keys were deactivated, I had to go to the front desk to get back into our room. It was only 1030am.
We will be back as it was a lovely location and wonderful staff.
The location was great! Nice water pressure in the shower. Our AC/heat unit was loud. If it wasn't so late I probably would've asked for a different room. Nice variety at breakfast. We didn't use it but the pool looked great.
The check-in process was easy, and the breakfast and pool were okay. However, I was disappointed with the way the checkout was handled. My room key card was deactivated about 10–15 minutes before the official checkout time, and I also received a call to my room at 11:00 a.m. asking what time I would be leaving.
I ended up taking only 10 extra minutes after the checkout time, and the housekeeper was already waiting at the door. It felt very uncomfortable and rushed. I understand that checkout times are important, but I had paid for the night, and I don’t think guests should feel pressured or treated this way over just a few extra minutes.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because the stay felt like it was being treated as a strict 20-hour period rather than a full night’s accommodation.
