The room was Clean and comfortable ♥️ Front desk staff were excellent ❣️ However when I called in a day before and spoke with a reservation representative she was a bit short and dismissive. I did report it to The front desk staff on check in and let her know about my call in experience. She highly apologized and made me feel better ♥️ Thank you for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant because i just had my marriage ceremony and was soooo looking forward to having an enjoyable stay. Thank you again ♥️

My check in was very smooth. Very good… however when it was time to check out… the receptionist on duty told us he has to check our room first to see if we are able to get our deposit back! I’m like whatttt! I’ve been living to many hotels and this was the first time I’m hearing this. On top of this… he was very rude and disrespectful and giving attitude. Like hey… you think we wanna steal towels and sheets? So distasteful! Never again!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and Suites Toronto! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and offered an exceptional level of hospitality throughout our visit. A special thank-you to Manpreet at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Manpreet went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her warm attitude and outstanding customer service truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal without even having to leave the hotel. We also loved the pool—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The gym was equally impressive, with a great setup and everything needed for a solid workout while traveling. Overall, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. Fantastic accommodations, excellent amenities, wonderful dining, and truly outstanding staff. Five stars without hesitation! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable hotel experience.
