"I booked my stay, and the owner cancelled my reservation. I was stuck with VRBO fees. It is the owner's responsibility to make sure properties are not double booked! You dropped the ball on this one!"

"The host was very communicative and helpful which I appreciated. This is the perfect sized house for our large family and it had lots of fun stuff for us to do with an AMAZING view! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pool table however, as communicated to the host, we were lacking an adequate amount of basic necessities such as a sufficient amount of towels, paper towels and toilet paper, which resulted in us having to go to a store to buy more. With that being said, the host was receptive...

Directions provided by the Host were simple and communication before, during and after our stay were appreciated and helpful. We will definitely return!"
