« Little Oatlands was home for 9 of us for a flower filled week in May. We assembled from KC, BC, CA and VA to attend my daughter’s wedding overlooking the Potomac at Murray Hill. The property and approach to Little Oatlands takes your breath away! Flowering Dogwoods line the drive blending with the white fence and homes in the distance. Each of us walked down the lane to read the plaques and the history of the preserved property. Certainly a history lesson and it would be wonderful to know...

« We hosted my friends bachelorette party and bridal shower with 14 people and it was a great time! The house was super clean and fit everyone comfortably. The hosts were immediate to respond to any messages! »

The downstairs was perfect for our kids, just the best hangout area for them to relax and have their own space. The fenced in yard and gated deck was perfect for our pup too. « Great for lots of family and friends so everyone is together and not hotel room or hotel lobby hopping »

« The accommodations were kept very clean and about a 1-2 min walk to The Inn at Little Washington. The town is very small so there are few places to stay outside of the Inn which can be very expensive. This place was a great alternative. Additionally, Oxana was an excellent host who met us as we arrived and gave us loads of information about the town. She was also exceptional with communication leading up to our arrival. »

« We were a group of 11 friends staying at the house for the Wine Country 10K. The house was amazing. The listing doesn’t even do it justice. Even though it rained on the main day we were there we were still able to hang out in the hot tub and around the bar, because they were covered, and enjoy meals together in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and dining room. « Property seems to be “mixed use” apartment complex. Some set up as hotel-like short term units and other for long term renters. (maybe section 8 tenants). The unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. Walking to and from the car was a bit anxiety provoking marijuana smoke every where and old unfinished portions of cigars and cigarette butts ever where. »
