The Mulberry Manor house is a large spacious private house with over 7000 sq ft with all the modern amenities built on a historic 7 acre property. The property is private, with 2 gated entrances, and nestled in the woods surrounded by large mature trees including over 20 delicious fruit bearing Mulberry trees. There is a civil war plaque and significant historical references associated with the property, including an old historic house circa 1829.
Inside The Mulberry Manor House our guests will find an open concept floor plan that includes a two story Foyer, a formal Living Room, and a formal Dining Room that seats 10. The oversize Kitchen has top rated appliances, including a double oven, a 5 burner gas cooktop, a built in microwave, a French door refrigerator/ freezer, a huge center island, a large walk in pantry, and another large sitting area inside the kitchen that seats 10. Adjoining the kitchen is a large Family Room with a gas fireplace. Next to the family room is a private Office with a gas fire place as well. The lower level Rec Room includes a games area, a sitting area, and a full bathroom. On the upper level you will find five large Bedrooms with private closets and four full bathrooms. There is also a Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, the large private backyard is surrounded by mature trees and natural views. You may get a glimpse of a family of deer passing by, bunnies, and a multitude of singing birds. The large deck is an excellent place for cookouts and relaxation.
The house is equipped with WiFi, guest controlled security system, many TVs, indoor and outdoor speaker system which allows the guests to listen to their favorite music throughout the house and on the deck, and many more games and entertainment features for all ages and interests.
