8/10 Very good! (130 reviews)
We loved our stay; unbeatable location within the heart of Gamla Stan’s shops, restaurants, one block from a main street for access to taxis (most of Gamla Stan is off limits to taxis), a short walk to ferries going to the islands in the archipelago, walking distance to many museums. DIY laundry in the hotel, our room incl, kitchenette, nice bathroom, and adequate space for 3 adults, queen bed + sofa bed. Minor challenges; No A/C and room presumably supplied with fans. No fans (it was an historically major heatwave). Accessing help was challenging. A bot was eager to assist but its guidance was always wrong. Elevating to human support took a couple of days before the issue was resolved. Two miserably hot nights later we got the fan and both circumstances and the weather improved so we had more comfortable rest. This inconvenience was annoying but trivial and would not at all deter us from returning there on our next visit. Thank you “ Bob” :) tusan tak!!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
Lovely property in a great location. It was a very busy weekend and I had a single room at a very high price. The bathroom was just redone and spacious. The room itself was so tiny - not great value for money but I suspect at normal prices it’s better. You really have to be in bed if you’re in the room. Helpful friendly staff and good amenities (very nice towels and linens.
