That’s not a complaint, just an observation because truly it didn’t affect our stay. It just wasn’t the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The staff was fantastic. Helpful and kind. Getting there from the train was a bit tricky with our luggage. We took a taxi out which was a bit easier. We’d stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Gamla Stan. Go to House of Smörgåsbord for dinner just up the road. It’s the best local food we had in Sweden!
