"Stayed for 4 nights in January 2017."
Overall we had an excellent experience despite our luggage being delayed for 2 days by KLM. The hotel is across the water from the city centre. Therefore if you want to go out at night you would need to take the bus or a taxi. The latter is very expensive and be careful not to be ripped off. Insist on a price for the journey before you begin. There is a ferry terminal right outside the hotel door and this is an excellent way of getting to the city centre, which is just two stops away. If you'r not concerned about going out at night then the hotel is in a very quiet location. The immediate area has little to offer tourists apart from a couple of restaurants. Ferry access is easy and the most beautiful way to travel. However they stop early so a taxi or bus (53) is required in the evening. You will pay 200 to 300 Swedish Kroner one way for a taxi to the centre which is roughly £20-30. The best way to get about is by getting a travel pass which the hotel has. You can use them on any public travel system in the city, bus, ferry, tram or underground. The tram and underground are quite limited in the area they cover, and the hotel is well outside of this. The hotel has an excellent gym, pool and spa facility. Drinks were standard in price for Stockholm, about £7.50 for 0.4 litres of beer and £11-14 for a cocktail. Stockholm is a very expensive city and you have to accept this, but there are cheaper cafes and restaurants even in areas such as Gamla Stan. The WASA museum is a must.

"Old City location with great staff"
Location is excellent for touristy things like old city shopping, Nobel Museum, royal palace. Staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Rooms themselves are small, ditto with the bed, but I suspect that's he price to pay for a good location and good price.

"Good location"
The hotel location was great. It is a very trendy part of City Center. Metro stop and bus stops is 10 minutes away. Being in Stockholm during this past holidays (Christmas and New Year) was surprisingly nice. There are a lot of stores and restaurants that are open. A lot of name brand stores around the hotels. The rooms are small but clean. Bed is comfortable. I mistakenly took the room intended for our daughters, although the room is smaller and we have two big luggages, we made it work. The bathroom is big and it has this heated floors which is so wonderful during winter time. We move to our daughters room after they left and we ask to change the sheets and they did. Some of the reviews have mentioned of cold rooms but the room are well heated to the point that it made me too hot and turn down the heater. The breakfast buffet has a good spread, very satisfying. I would stay in this hotel again if we go back to Stockholm.

"Very convenient"
This hotel is right in the airport building so you don't even have to leave the building to get to your terminal. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant starts at 4:30am, so you have time to eat even before the first flights of the day. I found the hotel restaurant a bit pricey for dinner, but being within the airport there are lots of other places to eat. Rooms warm, comfortable and clean with free wi-fi. Good breakfast selection. Perfect for an overnight stop before an early morning flight.

"Amazing breakfast, excellent staff and service!"
The staff is incredible! We were on a 14 day trip and this was the best service of the entore trip! The breakfast is amazing and includes eggs, bacon, yoghurt, jams, breads, all kinds of fruit, coffe, tea, orange juice, apple juice, pink grapefruit juice, basically everying anyone could want. The rooms are very nice and we felt like we were in a small ski area cottage. There are tea and coffe making facilites in the room and the beds were very confortable. We are looking forward to coming back to Sweden and will definitely stay here again!
