"As soon as I walked in the smoke alarm was beeping so I had to contact the host and wait for that to be fixed. Then I went to take a hot shower and relax….. no hot water. And I’m talking the water was ice cold. Contacted and they came to look at it. The man went into the bathroom with the shower on and shut the door. "We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "
