« Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip. »
