The decor was modern and clean. They brought water bottles to our room every day which we really appreciated. Staff said it was maybe due to the AC unit or from humidity from people wetting the carpet from the in-room onsen. We asked to be moved to another room but they said it was not possible because they were booked. Also, the TV remote didn’t work for the TV. Staff came to the room and told us that you have to stand up and point the remote 8 inches away from the TV for it to work.
