The hotel is clean and well arranged! The staff are helpful and nice! However, the location is too far away from the main Korail and Arex to airport station! It takes long way and time to walk with heavy luggage to the hotel through many heavy glass doors

The front desk was friendly and informative. The location is the best! It’s connected to Seoul Station in which it was really nice when it’s -2° outside. Plenty of restaurants around and the Lotte Mart and Lotte Dept Store it’s just right next to Seoul Station. It’s also much convenient when taking the train to and from Incheon Airport.
