The room faced the strip of restaurants/bar and loud music started at 8pm and went on until after 2am every night. We had a 2 bedroom suite, one room faced the nightly music, the other room was next to the elevator and the sound of it was loud 24/7\. The staff was amazing and quick to respond. There are no phones in the room rather you must use 1 of 4 apps to communicate with the staff. We loved our 7 night stay. The front desk staff made us feel so welcome from the very beginning. They helped us book a taxi and gave us recommendations on places to visit. Our apartment was given fresh towels and bottled water every day and a full clean was completed on day 4\. The cleaning staff were also so friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a really great location with shops and food so close. There was music until late at night from nearby places but we didn’t hear it from our bedrooms and it added to the overall experience. Our kids loved people watching out the windows! We were also loaned umbrellas during our stay as it rained which was so nice! There was a washing machine and dryer just outside our door which was so convenient. I did not realized that there’s room that don’t have a view, so I requested for a room change with a view and Kate was able to accommodate my request. I would give 5/5 rating if it weren’t for the shower area leaving puddle of water in the bathroom area. This is not an easy fix, it’ll need renovation. It is spacious and has everything you need. However, you are in the heart of a busy area and the music is pumping all day and all night long. The good part is that you cannot hear it in the room where you sleep but can hear it in the living area all day long. It is easy to get wherever you need to go to and has good food nearby. Overall it was a great stay.
