Same logo and everything, but they're totally different properties. Neither specifies which neighborhood they're in. I booked two rooms. In mine, the toilet was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes, wallpaper falling off, stains all over the walls. No breakfast! The other was mildly better. Good location.
