The pictures they post on Expedia/ Google are fake, completely different from the actual rooms and lobby, the only thing that matching will be the building outside. I booked though Expedia for 9 nights of staying because I saw the photos and reviews, the first moment when I got inside the room, I was like holy cow, room was dirty, towel not clean and stinky, floor was dusty, toilet was terribly disgusting. I ended up staying for one night because Expedia promised to give me refund for the rest of the nights and told me to a ahead to move to a different hotel, I have all the emails evidence on file. However after I moved to a new hotel and paid for another $800, Expedia told me they can’t issue a refund due to the straight policy from the dirty hotel, anyway I ended up dispute everything on my end.
