"The property is advertised as "midtown", which, I was told means that it is NOT in the centre of the city but in the middle of the distance between city and airport. Hm, "midtown" in NYC is not that.The room had no window or a window that went on to a corridor. It was clean and functional though. Staff were friendly human beings, some super friendly, but necessarily very well trained professionals. This is not the no 1 choice for anybody who is traveling for business."

"Breakfast was buffet sometimes and off-menu sometimes (and we never knew which one it would be). You had to go to the front desk each morning to get your breakfast tickets (which was kind of a pain, but not the worst thing in the world)."

"Check in was very quick as was the valet parking, anytime we needed our car the valet was very quick. We had a corner suite and loved the full kitchen and spacious bathroom, we will book here again."

"The pool was gross and peeling and there were empty liquor bottles on the deck. The room they gave us had a jammed door, so we went to a different room. The keys didn't work unless you swiped it 5+ times. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else. "
