The noise with the cupboards from the renter next-door could get loud at times but overall we had a great stay. We were in walking distance to most things or a short drive to shops, eateries, beach etc . The beach access was a quick walk from the property. However, once on the beach a large portion in front of the public access was privately owned. Had to walked down the beach about 50-60 yds to reach an area we were allowed to use. No complaints about the property except the pool did not feel heated as described in the booking information. I never received a call back after notifying management on day 2 of our 5day stay, but we cleaned the areas I mentioned to the female on the phone. 5 people would definitely be cramped but do-able. We are familiar with the location so walking & biking to Seagrove is convenient. Clean, cozy, quiet, and great location. Perfect for a family of four. I loved that it was dog friendly too. Would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.
