« Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud.
The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on! »

« Overall the unit was great. Adequate space for 5 adults. The kitchen did not have hot pads, a pizza cutter or scissors. There were some baking sheets, but hot pads are necessary when using the stove. I would highly recommend adding these to the unit!The toaster also had a wire sticking out the top which was a safety issue. The only other thing we noticed was a rotted soft spot on the deck in the way to the pool/hot tub. We just put a chair over that spot so nobody would step on it. If these...

« We had a fantastic stay at Gulf Place! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were comfy, the balcony view was beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. Perfect location for exploring 30A, and we can't wait to come stay again.
