"Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. "The condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. The space is a bit cramped so I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is really nowhere to hang clean clothes and nowhere to store suitcases so if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to live out...

"This was our first time staying at Gulf Place and Santa Rosa Beach. My husband and I loved our time there. The studio was at a great location. You’re right across the street from the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Restaurants and coffee shop all within walking distance. For spring break time, it was busy, but didn’t feel overcrowded. The studio was perfect for us and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!"
