The home is just off 30A, so you can legally drive the golf cart on 30A to multiple beach accesses and restaurants. OUTDOOR + COMMUNITY AMENITIES • Stunning infinity-edge pool overlooking the Gulf • Hot tub, fitness center, lounge seating, outdoor fireplace • 2 resort-style pools total • Access to rare coastal dune lake areas and walking trails • Golf cart included for easy beach runs and exploring 30A • Paddleboard AND 4 bikes included THE HOUSE Sleeps up to 12 total (including children). Perfect for multiple families, grandparents + kids, girls’ trips, or couples traveling together. Please message breeds at booking. (No puppies under 6 months or aggressive breeds.) Dogs must be crated or placed in the bathroom when unattended and are not allowed on beds or furniture.
