If there was a private beach we had no idea how to find it. The neighbors were very loud but that’s not an issue with the property other than having thin walls. The pool was freezing. At times it was colder than the ocean, or at least it felt like that. Walk in shower met our needs. TV in each room was a plus. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Only a few miles from our family that lives down here. Easy drive to the beach and other places. Mimmo’s was just a short walk, ice cream to top off a delicious meal. Very quiet place. Pool was great. Our grandchildren stayed with us each Friday and Saturday we only see them twice a year so we made memories. The only thing we would have liked is a dining room table and chairs instead of the counter seating but in all we will definitely come again in the fall.
