Great place to stay

This was a good property , It was clean, great view to the ocean from the balcony, with a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in Santa Rosa before at Gulf Place and I love the area.

Fantastic place and location

My wife and I had a long weekend getaway and loved this place.quiet, beautiful and amazing location. Views, decor, things to do, etc. we highly recommend it.

Peaceful and relaxing vacation

Great location and view from balcony! Walking distance to everything, beach access is right across the street and the condo was clean and as described. Such a lovely area and beautiful beaches.

Great place to explore 30A. Beach right across the street with a private access. So many restaurants that we could just walk to.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this condo is fabulous! The view is more beautiful in person. The beach access was so convient, we enjoyed the pool on our way back from the beach to the condo. It was all just what we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Top Shelf was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The accommodations were great- very clean and the updated condo was very nice. The location is perfect with close beach access, plus the other amenities and proximity to restaurants at Gulf Place. Kelli was super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend

Everything was as advertised. Kelli was easy to communicate with and the condo is very comfortable with fantastic sunset views. Close to good food and libations as well.

Great place just across from the beach. Floor plan is small enough to be efficient but large enough to stretch out and relax. Beautiful renovation.

Easy booking. Easy instructions. The place was beautiful and nice setting. If I had to find a fault, I would say put darker panels in bedroom window to block out hall light.

Great property and well maintained!

My wife and I stayed here with our 14 year old daughter. The property is in a great location and 2 minutes from the beach. The view of the ocean is seen perfectly from the balcony and makes for a perfect early morning coffee. Bike rentals is in the same parking lot, easy and simple. The property owners where sending updates all during our trip and actually cared about our stay. Without a doubt we will be back!

Great location, Beautiful property!

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary last week at the Topshelf, and we were incredibly pleased with our experience. The condo was, in my opinion, even nicer than the photos! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. The beach access was right across the street and very convenient. Gulf Place has so much to do that you don't really even need to use your car. We made use of bikes from the Yolo company, and the bike trails are great down there. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Comfortable and clean

Topshelf at Gulf Place was everything we expected. It has all the conveniences you could want - nearby shopping, excellent food, live music, plenty of walking paths & close to the beach. The amenities were nice too. There are 3 pools on property that were clean and well kept. The balcony view was amazing and gave us a nice spot to hang out during the thunderstorms. We will definitely reserve this unit again.

Excellent place to stay!

We absolutely loved how new and renovated everything felt! Such a beautiful unit. The view was awesome and was just as pretty as pictured. The walk to the beach was oh so short and I think that’s a huge plus! Just right across the road and the gated access made it feel super secluded! This is perfect for a family or even just 2 people. The accommodations are great and the location of this unit is perfect. Within walking distance from 3+ restaurants and tons of shopping. 100% recommend this place!
